Punjab University Entry Test Result 2023

Introduction:

The University of Punjab (PU) conducted its first entry test on Sunday, June 25, 2023, for admissions to its undergraduate programs. More than 41,000 students registered for the test, which was held in 141 examination centers across Pakistan. The result of the PU 1st entry test will be announced on July 9, 2023.

Examination centers: The entrance test was held in Lahore, Karachi, Quetta, Peshawar, Gilgit, Skardu, Dera Ismail Khan, and other important cities of the country. 141 examination centers were established across Pakistan while 88 centers were established in Lahore.
Types of entry tests: 7 types of entry tests are being conducted for admissions in various undergraduate programs. These include the following:
- General Entry Test (GET)
- Engineering Entry Test (EET)
- Medical Entry Test (MET)
- Commerce Entry Test (CET)
- Law Entry Test (LET)
- Education Entry Test (EET)
- Fine Arts Entry Test (FLET)
Registration for 2nd entry test: The registration for the 2nd entry test will start on June 28, 2023. Students who have appeared in the 1st entry test can also register for the 2nd entry test to improve their marks. The last date to register for the 2nd entry test is July 14, 2023. The second entry test will be conducted on July 23, 2023.
