HEC USAID Talent Hunt Program for Free MDCAT Preparation June July August 2023
The Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan, in collaboration with the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), is offering a free Talent Hunt Program (THP) for Medical and Dental Colleges Admission Test (MDCAT) preparation. The program is open to female students from low-income families who have secured at least 80% in intermediate (pre-medical).
Eligibility Criteria
- Pakistani or Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) national
- From a low-income family
- Secured at least 80% in intermediate (pre-medical)
How to Apply
- Applications can be submitted online at https://talenthunt.hec.gov.pk/
- Applications will be accepted until July 8, 2023.

Selection Process
- Applications will be reviewed by a HEC committee.
- A merit list will be prepared based on academic records and needs-based criteria.
- Offer letters will be issued to top candidates.
