Subject: Opening of E-Transfer Round

To: All Chief Executive Officers (CEOs) of District Education Authorities (DEAS) in Punjab

1. Opening of E-Transfer Round

I am directed to refer to the subject noted above and to inform you that the Competent Authority has approved the opening of an E-Transfer round for the following categories of teachers:

All categories of teachers
Awaiting posting teachers/officers
Hardships (divorce, widow, wedlock, marriage, disability, medical)
Mutual transfers
General transfers

2. Directions for Strict Compliance

The following directions are issued for strict compliance:

Teachers deputed in Election duties will be bound to perform their Election Duties as per duty assigned by Election Commission of Pakistan as per previous place of postings. Concerned Head Teachers / DDO and CEO (DEA) will be responsible to comply with the direction for the same. In case of non-compliance, disciplinary proceedings will be initiated under PEEDA Act, 2006.
Awaiting posting officers/teachers are directed to apply on SIS for their intervening/awaiting period as leave of kind due instead of pay purpose. They are further directed to get themselves updated on SIS from the officer of undersigned.
All promoted teachers/officers are directed to choose maximum preferences for actualization of promotion on SIS. In case of failure, they will be posted/adjusted against those schools where dire need is present.

Any clarifications regarding the E-Transfer round may be sought from the undersigned.
