Summary of important points of testing of Assessment Policy Framework by Punjab Examination Commission
From the academic year 2023-24, the formative assessment will begin as follows
- In the whole year in three terms of class 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, the exam will be of PEC style. The first PEC exam will be conducted in the third week of September 2023.
- The September and December assessment papers of 3rd to 8th class will be of 50, 50 marks.
- The third assessment will be held in March with papers of 100 marks on the pattern of annual examination.
- Number of questions will be as per table issued by PEC.
- All three assessment papers will be downloaded from school login.
- The papers will be checked according to the Rubric as per the recent training.
- Regular result cards will be issued to the students after each assessment.
Important Note:
*All the students of class 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 will now take the exam three times in a year, based on which their annual results will be released, so all the teachers should prepare the students according to the same procedure. will The teachers of the school who have received the trial will conduct the trial for the rest of the teachers in this regard

تعلیمی سال 24-2023 سے فارمیٹو اسیسمنٹ کا آغازاس طرح ہوگا
1.پورے سال میں 3،4،5،6،7،8 کلاس کے تین ٹرم میں امتحان PEC کی طرز کے ہونگے ستمبر 2023 کے تیسرے ہفتے PEC کا پہلا امحتان لیا جاۓ گا۔
2.تیسری تا آٹھویں کلاس کے ستمبر اور دسمبر والی اسیسمنٹ کے پرچہ جات 50 , 50 نمبر کے ہوں گے۔
- تیسری اسیسمنٹ مارچ میں ہوگی جس کے پرچہ جات سالانہ امتحان کی طرز پر 100 نمبرز کے ہوں گے۔
- سوالات کی تعداد PEC کے جاری کردہ ٹیبل کے مطابق ہوگی۔
- تینوں اسیسمنٹ کے پرچہ جات سکول لاگ ان سے ڈاؤن لوڈ ہوں گے۔
- پرچہ جات کو Rubric کے مطابق اسی طرح چیک کیا جائے گا جس کی حالیہ دنوں میں ٹریننگ کروائ گئی ہے۔
- ہر اسیسمنٹ کے بعد طلبہ کو باقاعدہ رزلٹ کارڈ جاری کئے جائیں گے۔
اہم نوٹ:
*جماعت 3،4،5،6،7،8 کے تمام طلبہ اب ایک سال میں تین بار امتحان دیں گے جس کی بنیاد پر ان کے سالانہ رزلٹ جاری کئے جائیں گے لہذا تمام اساتذہ کرام اسی طریقہ کار کے مطابق طلبہ کی تیاری کروائیں گے۔ سکول کے جن اساتذہ نے ٹرئینگ حاصل کی ہے وہ باقی اساتذہ کو اس سلسلے میں ٹرئینگ کرائیں گے
